In this position you will: • Serve as the manager of a clinical program and provide staff supervision and coordination for the care provided to patients and their families served by a designated hospice interdisciplinary team. • Have responsibility for identifying ‘best practices’ for care. • Network with community resources and consult with community health care providers serving patients with life limiting illness.
Qualifications: Required qualifications for this position include: • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN), Diploma in Nursing, or Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN); OR eligibility for and completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) within two (2) years of the date of hire; OR Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy (OT) Program; OR Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) OR Master's degree in Spiritual Care • Current professional licensure in Washington State • Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification • Current driver’s license and insured, reliable vehicle • Three (3) years clinical experience • Three (3) years management experience • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred qualifications for this position include: • Hospice certification • Experience in hospice setting
