Requirements:High school diploma or GED2+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems in an office environmentCurrent experience with MS office tools, MS Excel to pull and analyze data, create pivot Tables, V Lookups, and creating formulas; MS PowerPoint to create presentations; MS Word to create professional communications.Ability to multi-task, this includes ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each productAssets:Prior healthcare experience Physical Requirements and Work Environment:Frequent speaking, listening using a headset, sitting, use of hands/fingers across keyboard or mouse, handling other objects, long periods working at a computer Service center environment with moderate noise level due to Representatives talking, computers, printers, and floor activityCareers with Optum.
