JOB RESPONSIBILITIES •Provide exceptional customer service. •Answer incoming calls from existing clients and respond accordingly in an expedited manner and solve or refer problems. •Process customer policy change requests. •Handle incoming claim calls from customers. •Process premium payments from customers. •Maintain knowledge of new products. •Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. •Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each-and-every day.

JOB REQUIREMENTS •Must have a property and casualty insurance license •Dependable, reliable and responsible. •Competent in client management systems. •Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. •Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels. •Problem solving acumen with an ability to see through complexity and exercise sound judgment. •Ability to work on complex tasks with minimal supervision. •Excel in a fast-paced, dynamic, global environment •Ability to balance multiple priorities and achieve deadlines •Diligent organizational habits with a detail-oriented focus on producing high-quality deliverables. •Minimum 5 years commercial industry customer service experience
