Division OverviewThe Risk Review and Control team within Wholesale Credit Quality Assurance is specifically responsible for reviewing 100% of submitted credit approval documents for approval authority accuracy and other data quality elements. The team works closely with the Credit, Risk, and Wholesale Credit Administration teams aligned to Global Corporate Investment Banking to review documents, provide feedback, and deliver credit approval documents to downstream systems of record in a timely manner. The team also inputs key credit attributes into the Risk Attribute Maintenance System.
Review and distribute approval documents within the established standard timeframes
Return approval documents containing insufficient approval authority and/or missing data quality elements for rework
Understand and comply with internal policy, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Participate in projects that define policy and procedures as a result of evolving businesses and the need to create efficiencies
Maintain close working relationships and dialogue with business partners to explain the most appropriate policy-driven solutions to approval issues
Escalate issues or risks identified through day-to-day activities
Qualification and Skills
Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and to plan and prioritize appropriately

Experience working with commercial credit approvals, loan documentation, and or loan agreements
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills a plus
Experience with Workplace and Everest systems a plus
