Bring along your passion and do your life's best work. *** Base + Commission!! *** Primary Responsibilities:Enroll eligible aged 65+ MassHealth Standard members, into UnitedHealthcare's Senior Care Options Plan (HMO Special Needs Plan - SNP), primarily in Skilled Nursing setting Build professional relationships with skilled nursing facility staff; doctors' offices, community-based organizations in the elder community, etc. Generate leads for enrollment into UHC's Senior Care Options Plan Manage time for appointments, lead generation, territory development, building relationships, presenting health benefits, etc. Develop and manage relationships to reach business goals Meet monthly sales goal as set by leadership
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher or a High School Diploma / GED with 4+ years in Sales or skilled nursing environment Accident & Health Insurance License for Massachusetts State or, ability to pass license exam within 60 days of hire Travel locally up to 75% of time within assigned Central Massachusetts market area Access to reliable transportation that will enable you to travel to client and / or patient sites within a designated area Experience working with communities of all different ethnicities, cultural backgrounds, diverse populations and / or underserved communities Proficiency within Microsoft Excel (filter, sort, create and edit spreadsheets) Proficiency within Microsoft PowerPoint (create and edit decks)Preferred Qualifications: Experience working within or with skilled nursing facilitiesBilingualOutside sales and / or territory management experience Salesforce experienceSoft Skills: Have established professional relationships with skilled nursing facilities, non-profits, community sources and / or religious / faith-based organizationsExcellent relationship building skillsAbility to be compassionate while sellingFunction independently and responsibly with minimal need for supervisionAbility to manage multiple priorities as it relates to meeting enrollment goalsCareers at UnitedHealthcare Community & State.
