And you'll do your life's best work.(sm) This position will supervise a team of 15-20 Provider Network Developers (Recruiters) in Cypress and possibly other remote locations. The ideal candidate will have team lead or previous managerial experience in the Healthcare Provider Recruitment niche.' Primary Responsibilities:Support oversight of provider network staff and functions Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion Coordinate work activities with other supervisors Identify and resolve operational problems using defined processes, expertise and judgment Make decisions that are guided by policies, procedures and business plan Analyze geographical territories against customer needs and establish departmental plans to address network adequacy Ensure the network composition includes appropriate distribution of provider specialties Assists department staff with questions Evaluate and negotiate complex contracts within business parameters to include contract templates and reimbursement structure standards Establish and maintain strong business relationships with key network providers Performs quality review of department work to ensure department meets company quality standards Assists management with new team member training Collects performance data and generates reports for both individual and team performance Encourages team members and assists with remedial training All other duties assigned by Management
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience 4+ years of experience with healthcare provider network recruitment and contracting 3+ years of leadership experience (Supervisor, Team Lead) Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint 1+ year of analytics experience (performance, claims, network adequacy, and / or outcomes data) Preferred Qualifications:High level of discretion to work with confidential information Able to follow routine procedures consistently and efficiently Able to work independently, and in conjunction with team members at all levels of the organization Able to understand instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form Excellent verbal and written communication skills Detail - oriented Able to resolve problems quickly and effectively Able to motivate others Able to delegate effectively Adaptable Self - motivatedCareers with MSLA.
