Lone Star College-System Office employees are based at one of two System Office locations; The Woodlands and University Park. Both are the site for multiple administrative departments and system-wide training programs.
This position is located at the LSC-System Office at 5000 Research Forest Drive. The Woodlands, Texas 77381.
Under general/limited supervision, this position designs and executes a wide range of multimedia solutions. This position is responsible for assisting the project management, creation and execution of all Organizational Development multimedia projects assigned and may be responsible for administrative and/or operational functions within the department.
Instructional design and management of on demand and multimedia content.
Provides subject matter expertise for successful ongoing production support, enhancements and upgrades.
Responsible for ensuring proper information is maintained on the multimedia server and technical program development of content.
Develops and maintains web-based/on demand content on media server used with PeopleSoft ELM.
Communicates and interacts with customers to provide effective customer service in response to inquiries and SNO tickets.
Responsible for other reasonable related duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree At least 3 years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Specialization in technical area as required
