Florida Hospital seeks to hire a Recruitment Manager who will embrace our mission to extend the healing ministry of Christ.

The Recruitment Service Center is located in Altamonte Springs at the Lakeview Plaza. This department includes full-service system recruitment strategy, recruitment, testing, and new hire processing. The Strategy Team provides recruitment marketing solutions to increase both active and passive candidate applications in all areas, but specifically for our hard to fill areas such as nursing.
Full Time: Monday - Friday 8am – 5pm
Manages the recruitment of positions for Florida Hospital to meet needs, as assigned by Hospital administration. Assesses effectiveness of recruitment activities and modifies programs as necessary to provide effective results. Determines work procedures, prepares schedules and expedites work flow. Collects data and records and prepares reports as required by Administration to support programs. Supervises the application of established human resources policies in employment and maintains current knowledge of legal requirements affecting HR functions. May supervise research in the development of human resource policies and procedures and manages special projects as needed. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
Extensive experience with applicant tracking systems, such as Taleo, highly preferred (Preferred)
Marketing and recruitment experience (Preferred)
Licensure, Certification, or Registration Required:

Supervises numerous recruiters at Recruitment Service Center as well as any contract recruiters, temporary employees, interns, and/or volunteers. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Maintains a positive work environment that leads to excellence.
Manages distribution of current requisitions to recruit appropriate numbers of candidates needed to fill vacancies and maintain appropriate staffing levels. Builds strong working relationships with campus HR teams and communicates effectively with all organizational levels to fill vacant positions in the fastest possible time with the best possible candidate.
Leads and/or actively participates in Human Resources committees, including system ABI Training programs. Represents Florida Hospital with local community based action groups and educational institutions to project a positive corporate image, increase candidate pools and serve the community at large in alignment with the mission of Florida Hospital.
Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training employees within the Recruitment team. Responsible for the performance appraisals, directing work flow, coaching for positive discipline and maintaining and improving employee engagement.
Develop, assess and update recruitment processes, activities and policies to ensure effectiveness, productivity, uniformity and compliance. Collects data and records to support programs
Responsible for recruiting director level human resource leadership for Florida Hospital.
Maintains a current knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions.
Serves as a liaison with Recruitment, hospitals and all departments to address needs, recruitment plans, applicant flow, hospital and/or unit expansion, and planning for hiring events.
