The skilled nursing facility (SNF) within the Boswell Rehabilitation Center is a sub-acute entity that is licensed for 91 beds. Patients at this facility have a short length of stay of approximately 12 days and generally undergo rehabilitative services, with efforts made to return the patients back into the community on discharge. The Director of Sub-Acute Services at the facility is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator who is astute to the various rules and regulations governing SNFs.
The person who fills this role must be forward thinking, able to coach and mentor RN leadership and staff, knowledgeable regarding documentation proving skilled need for the SNF environment, and willing to be a key resource for the facility. He/she will also be involved in process improvement committees.

BSN or MSN required
Requires a current RN license (AZ State)
Must possess a strong knowledge and understanding of clinical care management 3-5 years
MSN Degree preferred
Prior experience as an RN Director or RN manager at another Skilled Nursing Facility is highly preferred
