Under the supervision and in support of the Associate Dean for Student Life, the Program Director for Arts Education provides visionary leadership for arts education programs in Student Life, including management of the Glicker-Milstein Theatre, advising student performance groups, and producing the Summer Festival. The mission and vision of Student Life are grounded in social justice principles, forming the foundation for our work. The Program Director will contribute to the overall goals of Student Life, with a focus on arts education programming. The Program Director will support the general operations of Student Life and act as a thoughtful steward of College resources.

Required Qualification Summary:
Bachelor's Degree in Theatre Studies/Fine Arts, Higher Education Administration, Student Personnel, or related field.
Minimum three years of experience in theater productions, advising, events management, and/or facilities management.
Experience managing and supervising administrative and student employees in an educational environment.
Demonstrated interest in student development, identity development, and experience in working with diverse communities and across multiple identities.
Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
Excellent computer skills with demonstrated ability with websites, desktop publishing, googleapps, and Microsoft Office.
