The Director of Employer Services is responsible for providing management and leadership for all employment-related functions is a centralized Career Center which provides job search resources and assistance to students in all colleges who are seeking full-time employment and cooperative education and/or internship assignments as well as all former students. This position is instrumental in working with corporations, hiring organizations and University colleges/departments to develop employment opportunities for students and to promote Career Center programs and services to current and prospective students, parents, current and potential employers, and faculty. This position develops innovative solutions and approaches to talent acquisition strategies and understands how to best utilize emerging technology impacting talent acquisition.
Required Education and Experience:
Master’s degree. Eight years progressively responsible experience in industry, academe, government, or other professional work experience related to business, operations management, personnel/program management, recruiting and employment, or career planning.
