Projects, Governance and Data Management * Drive project for Retail credit risk stress calculation for all enterprise wide stress test exercises in adherence to credit risk procedures. * Support development of statistical/ econometric models to enhance retail credit risk stress testing methodology. * Deliver adequate documentation on stress testing methodology subject to management, model validation & regulatory scrutiny * Deliver on the operational risk framework for the retail credit risk stress test process. * To oversee governance of both external / regulatory reporting * Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team * Manage report automation project to improve efficiencies and accuracy Regulatory reporting * Enhance BI tool usage for automation of report * Support PPQ migration and centralization of reporting process * Manage strong quality control process to ensure accuracy of data reporting across different dimensions and provides qualitative & quantitative feedback to countries * Ensure accurate and timely publish of Regulatory reports. * Assist in timely deliverable of internal review for Regulatory reporting with expected quality * Work closely with EWST team on project deliverables
Qualifications and Skills
* Well verse in SAS, SQL, MS Excel & PowerPoint skills * Good knowledge and grasp of banking practice, financial markets, Basel and products, at a higher level and awareness of the country regulatory frameworks within the region * Prior experience in credit stress testing preferable. * Strong leadership qualities, communication and management skills * Broad understanding of banking information management infrastructure and operational processes * Ability to work with cross functional & cross cultural teams * Functional knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, SAS, Axiom)
