And you'll do your life's best work.(sm) We are currently in need of a Clinic Operations Supervisor to work as soon as possible who will be responsible for evaluating the work of clinical personnel, identifying training needs and building training plans for staff. Moreover, he/she will be responsible in evaluating MSLA clinics, establishing multiyear leases and establishing and managing a clinic oversight program to assure the internal and external reputation of the organization. Primary Responsibilities:Management clinical personnel (Hiring and Retention)Identifies and delivers training needsDevelop and implement training programs for clinical personnelConduct quarterly clinic oversight visitsEnsure clinics are in compliance with city, county, state, and client requirementsEnsure clinic personnel's credentials are appropriately displayed in clinic locationsEnsure clinic personnel's credentials remain currentEstablish multiyear leases based on organization requirements/needsAnalyze and recommend changes in systems and policiesDevelop and maintain a positive reputation outside of the organizationEnsure MSLA remains in compliance with Radiology Quality Control requirement by the Department of HealthAll other duties assigned by Management
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experienceMedical Assistant certification and/or Radiology certification and/or LVN and/or Respiratory Technician and/or Kinesiology certifications2+ years of experience in performing supervisory duties3+ years of experience in performing back office dutiesMust be able to travel to multi-site clinicsPreferred Qualifications:Knowledgeable in both Front and Back officeAble to follow routine procedures consistently and efficientlyAble to lead and motivate othersAble to work independently, and in conjunction with team members at all levelsAble to understand instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule formExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDetail-oriented and organizedProficient in general computer use and Microsoft Office SuiteCareers with MSLA.
