About the Position An outstanding plastic surgery and dermatology practice seeks an experienced healthcare leader. We need a dynamic, innovative, and motivated administrator who is adept at strategic planning, business growth and development, and operations. The successful candidate will possess demonstrable experience in medical practice management; marketing within a competitive environment; finance and revenue cycle management; a history of producing high-quality, efficient clinical teams; proven human resource expertise; and regulatory and compliance management. This position will work in conjunction with the Physician Owner in overseeing all facets of the practice.

Department: Administration Reports To: Owner Physician
Education and Experience
A minimum five years' experience in private practice medical management; medical aesthetics experience preferred.
Baccalaureate degree in business administration, healthcare administrator or similar required. Master's in business administration or healthcare administration preferred.
Demonstrable experience in adding new providers and expanding lines of business.
Strong financial background with previous experience in physician offices, including retail product inventory management, physician office billing systems, accounts payable, general ledger, and budgeting.
Demonstrable experience in personnel management and human resources.
In-depth knowledge of compliance, personnel law, workplace safety, and other regulatory issues about a medical practice and retail cosmetics.
In-depth knowledge of practice operations, including patient counseling, marketing, and office efficiency.

Ability to develop an annual business plan for the practice and implement practice owner's goals and objectives.
An effective communication style that demonstrates a high level of emotional maturity that can work with a variety of personalities.
Decisive leadership with a balance of strategic thinking and day-to-day operational management.
Ability to effectively sustain multiple, simultaneous tasks while remaining attentive to detail and accuracy.
Ability to anticipate critical issues and offer solutions to practice owner and staff.
Exercises a high degree of initiative, judgment, and discretion.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Knowledge of information systems management, including electronic health records, computer systems, programs, and applications.
Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws/regulations impacting medical practices, including, but not limited to, human resources, FLSA, HIPAA, OSHA, and payers.
