Min. 6 yrs of work experience – we need you able to hit the ground running.
Experience in every phase of the SDLC – you will be providing business solutions to the client in multiple functional areas, eliciting business requirements, translating and defining functional requirements, functional specifications and functional documents.
Experience in IT related development/maintenance projects – you will be partnering closely with technical teams and sharing and propagating the business requirements.
Proven leadership and client management skills – we expect success, with an ability to provide guidance on improvements to business processes and optimizing business solutions.
Proven ability to partner with business, technical and QA teams – you will be working with all areas during development iterations while keeping the functional and business requirements aligned.
Proven ability as a team member – you will support PM and other roles to ensure good governance practices and to ensure the success of the project.
Excellent written & oral communication skills – of course.
Experience in P&C Insurance domain ideal.
Strong ability to thrive in a fast paced and changing environment. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and move seamlessly between them.
