Searching for an experienced Assistant Manager professional to lead delivery projects at one of Infosyss largest customer.Actively drives communications with leadership within Infosys and the client to help achieve objectives. The Assistant Manager provides relevant, clear and descriptive advice, grounded in the relevant experience of driving projects in procurement or supply chain.
In this role you will be responsible for transition coordination, resource planning and training, performance management of the team, Service level agreement and process compliance, knowledge management, process reengineering, resource optimization and overall governance of the team.
Specific responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Transition Coordination: Process definition and Documentation
-Participates as part of the transition team to prepare the process definition and documentation for each specific process
Operations: Resource Planning
-Implements the resource deployment and ongoing monitoring for each specific process in order to ensure budget pricing assumptions and compliance
Quality and Performance Planning
-Prepares the service quality plan including quality control, assurance and improvement at each process in order to create a comprehensive quality program
-Implements career development and succession plan for all direct reports to ensure sustainable employee engagement and motivation within the team
Location for this position is Redmond, WA.
·High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
·At least 4 years of experience in BPO sector working on data or voice processing
·Five years of experience managing a diverse team of 25+ resources
·Demonstrated capability in managing global, complex implementations and transitions
·Experience working with offshore processing teams
·Exceptional communication, team building and mentoring skills
·Flexibility to travel domestic/international if required
