Skidmore College invites applications for a nine-month, part-time position in the athletics department for an assistant softball coach. Responsibilities will include coaching, practicing and in games (including instruction/coaching through game videos), assisting in daily practice preparation and training, recruiting prospective student- athletes, and other duties as assigned by the head coach. The assistant coach is expected to communicate and develop a rapport with the student-athletes, faculty and alumni. There will be limited facility, home game, management and/or equipment room responsibilities during the academic year.
