The One Legal team at Equinix is seeking a Federal Contracts Administrator in Ashburn, VA to support Equinix’s growing Federal business.
Manage active contracts and engagements. Act as liaison with Sales Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to ensure compliance with contract terms
Use functional experience and expertise in the review and administration of NDAs, Teaming Agreements & Subcontract Agreements
Assist in the preparation of internal contracts reports and information for contract management, and in identification, development and implementation of new contract policy and processes.
The Contracts Administrator will be an organized individual capable of multi-tasking and will be required to manage multiple functions and interact with personnel at all levels of management.
Maintain contract files in accordance with all required regulations and support all Government mandated contractual reporting requirements.
Support the resolution of payment-related problems.
Conduct proposal preparation including examination of RFP solicitation requirements and estimates, analyzing terms and conditions to evaluate risks to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, customer specifications, and proposal submission.
Complete Federal Representations & Certifications for proposal packages
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related Federal Government contracts experience
Commercial contracts legal knowledge
Strong knowledge of Commercial Item/COTS in Federal Contracting
Knowledge of FAR, DFARS
Must have experience with GSA Schedule contracting
Analytical approach to problem solving, risk assessment and strategy
Strong proposal development skills, solid negotiation skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel & Microsoft PowerPoint skills
