Join us and start doing your life's best work.Our customer service teams have a serious responsibility to make every contact informative, productive, positive, and memorable for what it says about how much we care.Primary Responsibilities:Ensuring all letters comply with all applicable State and Federal Laws and Consent Decrees, as well as the Accrediting Regulatory Review Agencies, including but not limited to: CMS, NCQA, HIPAA, and all UHC Policies and ProceduresPrint and fax letters to providers and membersStuff envelopes for members and providers as appropriate for mailingPerform QA to ensure correct letters with all appropriate pages are inserted in the correct envelopeDemonstrate flexibility, availability, and dependability to conform to position responsibilitiesMakes outbound callsMeet to exceed production standards
Required Qualifications:High School Diploma / GEDPrevious experience working with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook (ability to create, copy, edit, send and save documents) Ability to work an 8-hour shift, Tuesday through Saturday (Tuesday - Friday from 10:00 am - 7:00 pm, and Saturdays from 6:00 am - 3:00 pm) with overtime according to the business needsPreferred Qualifications:Previous administrative / office experienceCareers with UnitedHealthcare.
