We are looking for a software architect with significant experience in mobile development to help build the next generation of patient centered digital health tools at a world class medical center.
Be passionate and focused on providing value for patients and the people who help them get well though technical development.
Collaborate with product owners and organization stakeholders to understand user and organizational needs and evaluate technical solutions and strategies to meet these needs in working software.
Explore technical varying technical approaches to solving business problems and articulate pros/cons of various approaches in terms of cost, time to market, and total cost of ownership.
Work to establish and support engineering practices to enable quality delivery of mobile products for the medical center.
Support, guide and inspire teams of software engineers, testers and technical leads in one or more teams in the creation of production grade working software.
Create and present architecture diagrams, documentation and slideshows to aid shared understanding of technical architecture and implementation.
Have an open, collaborative orientation in working with others in order to support a positive and growth oriented environment.
To qualify you must have a BS or MS an engineering or computer science related discipline.
5+ years creating architectures for mobile software development for IOS, Android and HTML based applications.
5+ years leading, coaching and inspiring software developers and evangelizing best practices.
5+ years working in an agile scrum teams and deep experience with scrum ceremonies.
Expert level skill with test automation methodologies including unit, integration and functional testing for mobile development.
Experience setting up and managing continuous delivery pipelines for mobile applications.
Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
