The Associate Director will work with the Faculty Director of the Program on Corporate Governance, and any other Associate Directors of the Program, on building, developing, and managing the full range of activities of the Program. Under the direction of the Faculty Director, the Associate Director will manage the wide range of the Program's operations; work with major corporations, law firms, institutional investors, and other capital market players; participate in developing and managing events for the Program, including conferences; manage the administration and personnel of the Program, including fellows, staff, students and research assistants; be responsible for the Programs' website and other outreach; collaborate with constituent groups and other professionals; be responsible for hiring and supervising fellows, staff, and research assistants; participate in managing the Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance and Financial Regulation, and manage the web development and technical staff of the Program; participate in fundraising activities; liaise with donors and visitors; and take on such other management responsibilities within the Program as they may arise.
This is a full-time term appointment through June 30, 2018. The appointment is potentially renewable on an annual basis, and there is strong potential for continuing one-year appointments contingent on business needs and funding.

J.D., M.B.A., or other graduate degree in law, business, policy, or social science; 5+ years experience in a relevant field, including experience leading and managing teams.
Familiarity with or strong interest in corporate governance issues and institutions, and experience with relevant legal or policy topics. Strong intellectual, organizational, operational, communication, and institution building qualities are essential.
