Branch Manager for contract security company expanding in Baton Rouge, LA area. Position is responsible for hiring, staffing, scheduling, and training of security officers within the assigned client book of business. Will report directly to Branch Manager.
Branch Manager visits clients regularly to ensure all staffing needs are met and if there are any issues, are handled quickly, effectively, and to the clients satisfaction.
Will be responsible for overseeing the following:
Screening of applicants
Recruiting of applicants
Interviewing/Hiring of applicants
Training of Officers
Placement of Officers
Scheduling and payroll
Will be expected to handle employee performance reviews, work with the Security Officers to make sure they understand policies and are following them clearly. Will be expected to handle performance issues and correct policy infractions so that employees are following policies and delivering the service required by the contracts.

Managers must be able to:
Obtain licensing as needed in Florida
Engage clients and employees to create a pleasant work enviornment.
Communicate effectively with all levels of an organization to help show the value of the services to customers and even prospects.
College Degree, or equivalent military or work experience
Experience in WinTeam or similar scheduling payroll programs
High customer service attitude
Additional Salary Information: Bonus structure, monthly bonus, car allowance, cell phone allowance, and mileage
