Accountable for assigned projects/ assignment and ensure the realization in terms of scope, timeline, cost and customer satisfaction as per project requirement.
Provide technical assistance and field service to customers by performing one or more of the following:
Engineering assistance application, programming specifications, etc.
Field service installation start-up integration, system optimization, maintenance and warranty implementation.
Troubleshooting of hardware and software problems at customer site.
Provide customer coordination of RA products and systems by performing the following functions:
On-site analysis and specification preparation.
Hardware configuration system and product application.
Project coordination between customer, OEM sales, product division, etc.
Technical support field start-up, integration and maintenance.
Testing and acceptance.
Provide proper reporting of technical, administrative and accounting information as required.
Provide technical assistance to sales and customer personnel on product applications to include alternatives, recommendations, explanations, surveys, etc. to meet the customer's requirements.
Make recommendations for product improvements, especially as they affect operations and reliability of RA products.
Assist in training customers and RA personnel in the application, operation, adjustment and proper maintenance of RA equipment.
Provide feedback concerning safety and liability issues as it relates to the application of RA products.
Maintains assigned equipment to insure good operating conditions and calibration.
Ensure thorough familiarity with company policies and procedures. Appropriately apply policies and procedures in compliance with government laws.
Policies and procedures include, but not limited to: Standards of Business Conduct, Intellectual Property, Control Environment, Information Protection, ISO 9000 & 14000, government regulations (e.g. health, safety, quality and environmental), and functional policies published on the Rockwell Automation Information Network.

Provide the suggestion or guideline solutions to Field Service engineer for high complexity technical issues. (Applicable for Senior Field Support Engineer)
Accountable for individual resource scheduling to maximize utilization (Applicable for Senior Field Support Engineer)
Minimum of three years field support experience utilizing programmable controllers, numerical controls, computers or motor controls and drives industrial automation control systems.
Minimum of Five years field support experience utilizing programmable controllers, numerical controls, computers or motor controls and drives industrial automation control systems. (Applicable for Senior Field Support Engineer)
