Central Data Distribution Service (CDDS) is a data distribution framework, which provides a single, flexible data distribution service from golden sources of Reference Data. We provide mission critical reference data to the bank to be used in regulatory reporting, trade processing, risk management and operations. The Project/Adoption Manager is integral to achieving the goal of extending the CDDS customer-base to as many areas around the bank as possible. In addition, this role will also lead development projects where required.
In Adoption Manager role acts as a single point of contact to systems being onboard to CDDS. The person in this role will handle the project end to end including business analysis functions including requirements gathering, running scope and delivering projects to a successful completion.
This role will have a direct impact on implementing the CDDS strategy of becoming the reference data provider of choice throughout Credit Suisse. You will enable to bank to decommission legacy systems to reduce complexity and cost, help teams outside of CDDS to achieve their own data goals, and assist in regulatory compliance.
The core responsibilities of this role will be to: Drive work already in progress for the remaining 2017 book of work Scope and plan the book of work for 2018 which will include onboarding downstream users as well as other reference data projects Act as single point of contact for assigned users Work with downstream users to settle clear business, functional and technical requirements for onboarding to CDDS Manage work requests and defects through to completion with development and testing teams Act as a project manager for other CDDS projects (e.g., migrating to new data providers, provide data to other firm initiatives, onboard new types of reference data, etc.) Deliver agreed upon scope and quality levels based upon organizational standards and agreed upon service level agreements Develop functional knowledge of data governance and reference data
