The OEO Coordinator/Office Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of office operations including, but not limited to, supporting the Executive Director in office and calendar functions, scheduling meetings, ordering supplies, overseeing financial transactions including paying out requisitions, approving and monitoring department p-card purchases as well as processing invoices in a timely manner. The OEO Coordinator/Office Manager will also act as the main contact for all calls and visitors into the OEO, will triage and manage the interests of our university constituents ensuring responses are given in a timely and efficient manner and collaborate with other offices University-wide. This person is also responsible for additional supportive department functions such as special projects, event planning, and training support
3-5 years experience in a legal, hospital, clinic, compliance or other confidential setting.
Microsoft Office Suite; website design and willingness to learn our other operating tools (Ethicspoint, OneHub, Apptricity, E-Req, etc.)
Proficiency in Microsoft word and excel.
Familiarity with working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Ability to de-escalate difficult situations, people and emotions.
Personal integrity is a must; strong boundaries and ability to maintain private information and confidentiality at all times.
Ability to handle charged emotional environments and situations.
Special Work Schedule Requirements: Limited overtime and after hours work.
