Summary The Sourcing Center of Excellence at Regeneron is focused on four key imperatives; technology best practices and optimization, process efficiency, global governance, and analytics management. The candidate in this role will be responsible for providing spend/ savings/ departmental performance analysis, and have extensive experience implementing best practices, building dashboard and metrics reporting. The Analytics Manager will lead significant amounts of information gathering, data consolidation and cleansing be able to own a project, make meaningful and insightful conclusions, and ultimately draw upon hard data to generate reports supporting those conclusions. Must understand and have proven experience in Strategic Sourcing and Procurement
Responsibilities • Responsible for the generation, support, and development of databases and reports needed to manage the supply base, cost savings projects, and provide information and data support to Strategic Sourcing teams. • Provide data analytics tools and systems training providing greater user involvement, usability, and data accuracy. • Lead the develop and generation of department level dashboards and various reports including category/commodity spend reports, supplier spend reports, supplier diversity reporting, invoice on hold reporting, e-catalog business, savings reports, item purchase reports, exception reports in support of Category Management and Strategic Sourcing • Oversight of metrics reporting and training with significant focus and attention to detail for ensuring data accuracy. • Assess and challenge the status quo, drive implementation of best practices streamlining operations and eliminating wasteful activities
Experience and Required Skills:
Education • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Finance, IT, Computer Science, Supply Chain/Procurement Experience • 5+ years relevant experience. • Strong database, modeling, and systems skills • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously • Experience using Tableau, Qlik Sense, other BI visualization tools
