Nationally recognized patient safety goals (NPSG’s) for ASCs 10. Environmental safety regulations and guidelines 11. SCA Environment of Care (EOC) Manual 12. SCA Medical Staff Services and Credentialing guidelines 13. SCA Medical Staff Services and Credentialing Manual 14. Center and regional education, orientation, and training programs 15. ASC center leadership responsibilities 16. SCA Homepages: Clinical Resources, Quality Standards, Environment of Care, Credentialing B.Lead, facilitate, and advise the Center Quality Council and internal performance improvement teams C.Provides strategic oversight of proactive and reactive patient safety activities D.Provides strategic oversight of proactive and reactive patient safety activities (continued): E.Maintain Center Survey readiness F.Communicate Effectively Throughout All Levels of the Organization G.Other duties as assigned by center CEO & Regional Quality Coordinator
