The Senior Advisor has the primary responsibility for client relationships, and works closely with each family to design and manage their comprehensive wealth management strategy. Senior Advisors have extensive client contact and direct both internal and external resources to accomplish client objectives in a timely and thoughtful manner.
Lead Client Relationships
Lead multiple complex client relationships at a senior level
Provide excellent, proactive client service through both written and verbal communication
Develop a deep and ongoing understanding of the client’s personal goals, needs, and values
Deliver proactive and effective planning solutions through complex client situations
Collaborate with and (when necessary) manage the client’s external advisors and professionals to implement strategies as part of a comprehensive wealth management plan
Deliver Technical Knowledge
Convey strong knowledge of wealth transfer planning, taxation, estate planning solutions and wealth management services
Identify issues and planning opportunities for review and discussion with clients and clients’ advisors. Areas of emphasis include: financial goals analysis, estate planning, education planning, tax strategy, insurance planning needs, and philanthropic planning
Independently design, communicate, and implement comprehensive financial planning solutions that are structured and customized to meet clients’ needs and expectations

Experience and Education:
Sophisticated understanding of estate planning techniques, taxation, executive compensation, and wealth management services
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics
Advanced education and professional designations including one or more of the following strongly desired: Master of Business Administration (MBA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Juris Doctorate (JD), or Certified Financial Planner (CFP)
Baseline proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (e.g., Word, Excel) required; expected to learn other related systems on the job
Additional Salary Information: Negotiable and commensurate with experience.
