Reporting to the Rohrer College of Business (RCB) Dean, the Associate Dean demonstrates leadership within the College, across the University, and externally. The Associate Dean brings creativity, vision, and tenacity to bear in supporting continuous improvement of the quality, distinctiveness, and academic stature of the RCB.
The Associate Dean assists in determining the strategic direction of the RCB and has direct oversight responsibility for key aspects of strategic plan development and implementation, including maintenance of accreditation and faculty recruitment, development, retention and outcomes.
Pursuing a growth oriented and innovation focused strategic plan, RCB is housed in a new, state-of-the-art 100,000 square foot building that features a Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Center for Responsible Leadership, and Center for Professional Development.
RCB is comprised of three academic departments: Accounting and Finance; Management and Entrepreneurship; Marketing and Business Information Systems offering eight undergraduate degree programs, as well as a 36-credit general MBA (https://www.academics.rowan.edu/business). The three academic departments include 46 full time tenure track faculty and a college of 2000 students. The RCB is accredited by the AACSB International - The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).
