The Head Women’s Soccer Coach will be responsible for developing and sustaining a strong and competitive Division I women’s soccer program. She or he will recruit qualified cadet-athletes to the Academy, whose athletic and personal skills make them highly competitive in the Patriot League and on the national level, whose academic and physical abilities give them the potential to be successful in the rigorous academic and military programs. She or he will supervise, develop and evaluate two assistant coaches, ensuring that the program is operated in compliance with NCAA, Conference and Academy rules as well as develop a culture of excellence poised to fulfill the missions of West Point and the Athletic Department. He or she will perform the administrative duties associated with being a head coach including: developing and administering the sport's budget, preparing data and reports, as necessary; assisting in revenue generation and fundraising activities; and assisting with and advocating for full compliance with NCAA, Conference, and Academy rules for all constituents. The head coach will be reasonably available to, and work professionally with, the media as well as cooperate with the Academy and Department staff members.
Bachelor's degree and experience coaching women’s soccer at the collegiate level.
