The Internal Outsourcing (IOS) team was recently established to provide global direction, support and control over the management of critical and important services delivered within the Bank to underpin the firm's Structural Reform agenda. Its objectives are to:
Design and build out a comprehensive and robust control environment for internal outsourcing globally, supported by well-defined processes and tools
Support and govern the internal outsourcing risk and control globally.
This is currently a small team which is delivering on a significant governance agenda including the design of the Internal Outsourcing Centre of Excellence TOM.
Support the change activity to deliver the Internal Outsourcing CoE TOM, regulatory programmes and the long term road to maturity of the Internal Supplier Horizontal.
Analyse the current state.
Support the design and implementation of the target state.
Lead change and support change programmes.
Produce detailed delivery plans, track execution, and maintain risk, issue and dependencies logs.
Ensure that evidence is available for all delivery activity.
Supporting the development and management of the control environment for robust, sustainable governance of critical and important services
Contributing to high quality Group governance and reporting
Trusted advisor; providing good advice and support for the business
Join with the team in building and operating the target operating model.
At least two years experience in analysing the current state and designing target operating model and implementing organisational change
Demonstrable experience of delivering good quality outputs at pace to deadlines
Strong Excel numeric analysis and Powerpoint presentation skills
Able to demonstrate highly effective verbal and written communication to stakeholders and peers.
Good university degree or equivalent qualification.
