ANNOUNCEMENT FOR: Administrative Analyst/Specialist Exempt I (FDM Operations Analyst), Facilities Development & Management (FDM)
California State University San Marcos seeks an Administrative Analyst/Specialist Exempt I (Budget Analyst & Work Control Specialist), for their, FDM department. Under general supervision, the incumbent will provide analysis and coordination of FDM's operations budgets. Responsible for a wide range of complex financial transactions, data accuracy, and financial reporting. Interprets and implements management's policies and operating practices with the ability to deviate from established procedures. Provides consultation and expert advice to management and outside agencies.

Minimum Qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance or related field; OR equivalent administrative work experience involving study, analysis, management of fiscal resources, and/or evaluation leading to the development or improvement of administrative policies and procedures PLUS three years' of budget analysis experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in an academic setting
Familiarity with facilities maintenance and construction practices
Experience using work management software
Experience with PeopleSoft
Salary and Position Status:
Full-time probationary position with benefits
Salary Range: $3,897 - $6,326 /month
Anticipated Hiring Salary: $3,897 - $5,417 /month
