SUMMARY OF DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND GOALS
As a member of the Career Education & Campus Partnerships team, you will be responsible for the following:
Provide high-quality career advising to all undergraduate students with emphasis on juniors and seniors.
Create job search and interview preparation methodologies and prepare students for interviews consistent with today’s hiring practices for undergraduate students across multiple industries and functions.
Launch innovative career development programs and practices such as the Interview Simulation Labs, Career Education Courses and Curriculum, targeted class-based marketing, and skill development programs.
Identify and source exceptional student talent for a range of employment opportunities across various industries.
Develop talent pipelines and collaborate with the Employer Engagement team to identify or create opportunities for students that meet employer hiring needs.
Develop and execute a career education and job search preparation strategy for exceptional student talent.
Manage and expand numerous experiential learning opportunities including the Work Study Training Program.
Partner with career services professionals to deliver internships and professional development programs.
Collaborate with Career Center leadership to build and strengthen relationships with faculty, administrators, and student leaders to increase awareness of career services programming and employer brands.
Analyze employer position descriptions identifying desired skills sets and coach students through the job search process.
Help students develop strong industry/function-specific job search knowledge.
Design and conduct presentations and workshops to enhance job search and career readiness.
Stay abreast of current industry-related hiring trends and employer feedback to better prepare students for today’s global professional workforce.

Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred. In addition, 5-7 years’ experience in career services advising, campus recruiting, or corporate talent acquisition.
Must understand and demonstrate proficiency in articulating career options for undergraduate liberal arts students.
Must demonstrate basic knowledge of employment sectors such as financial services, non-profit, government.
Team player with strong communication skills, both written and oral.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high expectation oriented environment.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
Demonstrated problem solver with strong attention to detail.
Experience in a client-facing role and demonstrated ability to build relationships both internally and externally.
