Bring along your passion and do your life's best work.(sm) The Salesforce Operation Sr. Business Analyst for Community & State is responsible for overseeing the functional requirement of C&S Salesforce instance and for driving onboarding and adoption of Salesforce.com. Salesforce.com is the enabling growth engine and the system of record for all business development and sales based opportunities, events, campaigns and contacts. As such, it is used to provide actionable insights regarding the stability in the market space to our Growth executive team.This individual contributor will have institutional knowledge of Community & State core products, process and market (existing and greenspace). They will support the markets by applying the program's methodology and enabling tool implementations. They will manage the support queue to help define the user stories and requirements submitted via the C&S Growth Operations Support Portal. In addition, they will also assist in implementing a variety of methods of adoption and reinforcement modes including, but not limited to, user forums, user coaching, internal communication campaigns, video learning, etc. In total, C&S employs over six-thousand employees and serves five-million members in 24 states and the District of Columbia. C&S is the largest health benefits company dedicated to the economically disadvantaged, medically underserved and those without employer-funded health care coverage. This position will report to the Associate Director, Growth Operations and Technology within the United Healthcare Community and State organization. Primary Responsibilities: Lead Functional Requirement Sessions Serve as the Liaison for gathering business requirements new and existing functionality Manage the relationship with the Markets and SFDC technical team Lead the planning and execution of the training for scheduled releases Lead Training and Adoption Activities Develop the training documentation for all new functionality implementations and any system enhancements Monitor adoption of the users and develop strengthening tips for Salesforce.com tools. Lead the Growth Team weekly tips to direct the Friday C&S Forum discussion to discover a new functionality or tips in leveraging the Salesforce.com platform. Identify areas of adoption risk and develop and execute remediation plans Lead the cross functional team of Business Analyst activities Execute just-in-time training plans through the use of multiple technology platforms (e.g., Brainshark, WebEx) Facilitate ongoing user forums for implemented technologies to build user knowledge and provide just-in-time user issue resolution Lead Testing Execution Coordinate and execute test activities per the Test Plan for all new functionality implementations and system enhancements Facilitate ongoing user forums for implemented technologies to build user knowledge and provide just-in-time user issue resolution
Required Qualifications: BA / BS or equivalent experience 5+ years Salesforce experience 8+ years Business Analyst experience 3+ years Project Management experience Salesforce System Administrator Certification Proven ability to lead process change and/or technology implementations Excellent relationship building skills (communication, negotiation, influencing, listening) Demonstrated track record of identifying organizations or individuals with shared interests and ability to build coalitions to support long-term outcomes Demonstrated ability to handle pressure, tension, ambiguity, changing priorities, and multiple viewpoints in a manner consistent with UnitedHealth Group's core values Strong ability to collaborate and integrate multiple perspectives, yet are willing and able to be decisive in service of a strategic vision Good negotiation, problem solving, planning and decision-making skills.
