Bay Cove Human Services, Inc., and Vinfen Corporation , two leading Massachusetts human services organizations, seek an inaugural Executive Director for a new management company that will develop and deliver care coordination services to MassHealth members.
The newly formed organization - Community Care Partners LLC (CCP) , is the central management company for developing and delivering Behavioral Health (BH) Community Partner services and Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS) Community Partner services. The Community Partners programs are key components of MassHealth’s delivery reform plans.
The Executive Director will be an accomplished, innovative leader with exceptional relationship building and management skills and knowledge of Behavioral Health systems, community-based services, care integration, health care operations and quality improvement.

Partnership & Collaboration – strong customer service skills, business partner relationships with a focus on ACO collaboration and open, candid & direct communications. Vision, Direction & Strategies – sets the vision, goals, objectives, and priorities Organizational Leadership – Establish and run the organizational goals, objectives, structure, staffing model (including appropriate sourcing strategy), skills/capabilities and roles & responsibilities necessary to successfully address the CCP’s infrastructure requirements. Management & Operations – responsible for leadership and management activities including service/process management, financial management, vendor management, and performance management. Relationship Management – collaborates with the governing board and the “member” organizations to develop and implement the mission, vision, and strategic plan of the Community Partners programs, to set annual objectives for key functions, and to ensure implementations of action plans to achieve those objectives Program/Project Management – responsible for providing or purchasing the central management functions that support the eight care coordination organizations and that support contract implementations and oversight. What you will need to bring:
Experience- managing an organization with significant sized budgets and population served Track record- developing strategic and operational plans, and managing to quality and financial performance and position Sophisticated understanding of the Massachusetts Medicaid program as well as federal, state, local and private environments related to health care and human services. Strong understanding of the forces that shape this particular marketplace including possible threats and opportunities and ability to respond to those changes with effective, creative solutions. Demonstrated experience - developing and cultivating strong, effective collaborations and partnerships with external organizations. Ability to work collaboratively- within an organization and with leaders of external organizations. Ability to articulate and communicate the Community Partner program’s mission.
