It's the opportunity to do your life's best work.(sm) The Provider Network Program Analyst will play a pivotal role in reporting data and explaining the data for the delivery of high performing provider networks. This role is responsible for understanding data and facts from the Line of Businesses including Commercial, Medicare and Medicaid, and being able to tell a story using the data. This role is both a consultant that can understand customers' needs and why they need a report or data analysis, ask appropriate questions, effectively summarize conclusions for senior leadership, and also go deep in understanding claims and network performance data.Primary Responsibilities: Intake and respond to customer needs for network expertise related to potential Line of Business (LOB) strategies that have network dependencies or implications. Examples include benefit administration and RFP (Request For Proposal) database content reviewCreate network performance reporting including actual results versus expected, financial performance, and forecast expected results based on varied scenariosAbility to analyze complex LOB requests, identify right resource and solicit and interpret subject matter expertise from various parts of the network organizationOrganize input from LOB and report back gathered strategic intelligence, information and/or decisions from across network colleagues to customer in a clear, consistent and timely mannerAbility to influence at multiple levels of the organization to drive timely responses, ability to assess complexity of request and organize more expedient path to resolution (i.e. escalation, multi-stake holder meeting, etc.)Manage multiple LOB reporting mechanisms (e.g., Share Points, templates, databases) that are in place to manage related processesLiaison between Reporting, Health Care Economics, Network Performance or other teams into the Network Strategy and Line of Business Team to produce summarized reportsSupport development of Cost Benefit Analyses (CBAs) and reports using facts and data to outline potential revenue or savings opportunities associated with network solutions initiativesStrong communication skills with demonstrated ability to present to senior level executives. Needs to be able to get "out of the weeds" and summarize data in an easy to digest mannerDetail oriented person with high-quality deliverables and an ability to manage to manage multiple demands and deadlines simultaneously
