At senior levels, function may include supervision of other clerical / administrative staff. This position supports executives at the SLT level and below.Primary Responsibilities: Extensive work experience within own function.Work is frequently completed without established procedures.Works independently.May act as a resource for others. May coordinate others' activities.
Requirements: High School Diploma / GED or higher 2+ years in an administrative support role roleStrong proficiency in MS Outlook - managing multiple calendars, meeting request and invites, mailProficiency in MS Word - creation and editing of documentsExperience with off-site meeting coordination and/or logistics (scheduling, catering, AV requirements, etc.)Preferred Qualification:MS PowerPoint experience - creating and editing slides / presentationsProficiency in MS Excel - editing spreadsheets, basic formulas, navigating through workbooks (moved to preferred)MS SharePoint experience - importing and exporting documents, working with calendar functionsExperience with working with calendar management working with executivesBid / Proposal support experience is a plus.Careers at UnitedHealthcare Community & State.
