The Director of Sevierville BSN Programs collaborates closely with the Associate Dean of Undergraduate Programs, Director of BSN Programs, Director of RN-BSN Programs, course coordinators, Director of Simulation, faculty and the Office of Student Services to ensure smooth functioning and timely management of Undergraduate Program needs and concerns in Sevierville. Provides program and site leadership and assumes responsibility of coordinating the Sevierville Cohort while collaborating with faculty, staff and students to meet the mission of the College of Nursing.

Master's degree in Nursing; Doctorate in Nursing preferred and required for continued placement in position after five years; three years' experience in a full-time faculty position; demonstrated history of effective classroom and clinical teaching; demonstrated history of engaged participation in academic program governance; effective communication and interpersonal skills consistent with the leadership role; demonstrate leadership ability and commitment to the profession.
