Responsible for developing business plans, managing strategic planning timelines and deliverables, analyzing data, managing reports, providing consultative services to stakeholders, while working closely with leadership throughout the region.
Coordinates and manages business plan development for the region including preparation, review, and/or submittal to the MT Regional Executive Board, System Business Development Committee, Capital Committee and/or other governing committee. Organizes retrospective reviews of business plans.
Manages and coordinates annual strategic planning process, document preparation and submittal.
Manages and coordinates tracking of strategic action plans, including dashboards.
Provides project coordination and management for key projects to assure effective development of business plans, submittal, implementation and metric tracking.
Manages internal and external data to assist with evaluation and recommendation related to strategy and business plans by leveraging existing data sources and creating custom reports. Sample reports include: competitor analysis, volume projections, market analytics, and service line reports. Identifies and reports on industry trends and market research.
Acts as a resource and consultant for the senior leadership team. Produces opportunity assessments, intelligence reports, and materials to support service line strategic plans.
Collaborates with key functional areas, including but not limited to, strategic finance, Accounting, strategy and business development, contracting and others.

Bachelor's Degree Required
Advance Degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Five years related experience in hospital or health system planning and business development required.
Seven years related experience in hospital or health system planning and business development preferred.
Progressive experience and scope of responsibility preferred.
