You'll be asked to mentor, challenge and communicate effectively with all different types of people.Primary Responsibilities:Coordinate and supervise daily/weekly/monthly activities of a team membersSet priorities for the team to ensure task completion and performance goals are metCoordinate work activities with other supervisors, managers, departments, etc.Identify and resolve operational problems using defined processes, expertise and judgmentProvide coaching, feedback and annual performance reviews as well as formal corrective action
Required Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED5+ years of customer service experience in a call setting environment analyzing and solving customer problems1+ years of experience as a supervisor in an office work environment1+ years of basic proficiency with Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applicationsExperience with Microsoft Word (creating, editing, saving documents), Microsoft Excel (creating, formatting, formulating spreadsheets), Microsoft PowerPoint (creating, saving, editing presentations), and Microsoft Outlook (management of inbox and use of calendar, creating rules) Flexibility to work any shift between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm Monday through Friday with weekends and holidays as neededPreferred Qualifications:Associate's Degree or higherHealthcare experienceExperience as a SME, Trainer, OJT, or CRG Analyst in UnitedHealthcare Community and StateSoft Skills:Ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentCareers with UnitedHealthcare.
