Use your problem solving and sales skills to identify opportunities, uncover needs, and provide solutions to physician's offices. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, agile learner who is driven to succeed. In addition to base pay, our inside sales reps participate in a monthly commission plan that is uncapped. Successful inside sales reps will have the opportunity to grow into other roles such as field sales, training, and management.Primary Responsibilities:Build relationships with physician's offices that deal with complex chronic diseases such as Cancer, Hepatitis C, MS, Rheumatoid Arthritis, and Crohns DiseaseWithin your assigned territory, use effective communication via phone, email, fax, and WebEx, to consistently move customers or prospects toward commitment of using BriovaRx as their specialty pharmacyWork closely with Manager and Director of Sales to determine best plan of action for top accounts in your territoryEstablish relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturer reps in your territoryUtilize territory pipeline and all BriovaRx sales / marketing tools, territory data / reports to successfully grow your book of business and achieve stated goalsUphold the highest ethical standards, comply with all UHG and government policies and regulations
Required Qualifications: Associate's Degree (or higher)1+ years of sales experience Moderate proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's Degree (or higher) preferred Salesforce experience Telesales experience Familiarity with Pharmacy or PBM Soft Skills: Professional phone presence with exceptional verbal communication skillsAbility to build trust and relationships over the phoneEnthusiastic, agile learner, driven to succeed Demonstrated success in identifying problems and proposing solutions for clients or customersProven track record of success against quotas or performance goals in a prior roleOptumRx is an empowering place for people with the flexibility to help create change.
