This position is accountable for the monthly production reporting, as well as ad hoc analysis reporting required in support of the Claims Delegate Oversight team. This reporting includes the monthly Claims Delegate oversight dashboard that is used by Executive leadership, the Delegate Oversight Governance Committee and the Claims Delegate Oversight team. Other monthly reports also include the reporting of the monthly timeliness reporting, monthly trend report, monthly CMS universe reporting and the claims delegate oversight dashboard monitoring performance of close to 200 claims delegates. Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree OR High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years of Reporting Analyst experience2+ years of Reporting Analyst experience or experience in a similar roleAdvanced knowledge of MS Excel – Ability to understand combinations of excel formulas. Examples include IF, VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, LEFT, RIGHT, MID, FIND VALUE, SEARCH, COUNT IFS, SUM IFS. Knowledge of Pivot tables and data connectionsBeginner knowledge of VBA and Macros - Need to run/understand macros. Preferred to be able to reach and write VBA to adjust the current macros (specifically as data input changes)Intermediate knowledge of SharePoint - Ability to create list views, manipulates SharePoint document libraries, and connects data to excel spreadsheets.
