The Women's Health Department of Shenandoah Community Health includes 5 CNMs & 5 OB/Gyns in an integrated practice providing full scope gyn, prenatal care, and delivery services with 750+ deliveries/year at the nearby WVU Medicine/Berkeley Medical Center. The CNMs and OB/Gyns enjoy a respectful and very supportive collaborative relationship. Other staff includes an FNP and a PA, two ultrasonographers, RN/certified lactation consultant, nursing & office support staff. With Medical Home status, supportive services typical of community health centers include integrated behavioral health, Drug Free Moms and Babies program, diabetes management program, HIV/Aids support services, social workers, health education, breastfeeding support group, onsite medical interpreters (Spanish, Haitian Creole, French), WIC, patient transportation. Must be Masters prepared Certified Nurse Midwife eligible for WV licensure. Prefer candidate with midwifery experience and/or L&D experience, although will consider recent graduates. Spanish speaker a plus, but not required.

Additional Salary Information: Base salary plus incentive compensation plan calculated and paid quarterly.
