You will be involved pulling together the final plans and the delivery of the new international strategy for the London Branch, including managing impacts of the integration between both parties in London. This will be a broad project that will including the design and development of a new Target Operating Model, re-organisation, system integration, communication, training and embedding.
To apply for this role you should have a strong Project Management skillset, gained within the Financial Services space. You must have experience of working on / driving business integrations (or M&A programmes). You should he a self-starter and able to apply a suitable level of governance to 'get the job done'.
