Join the AMA team that is dedicated to the betterment of public health as a Sales Operations Specialist in Health Solutions – Sales and Marketing. As part of the team, you will provide sales operational support while working cross-functional within HSG and the AMA. Lead data quality efforts and will govern data input/output from technology tools to ensure data quality standards are followed. Assist in tool build-out and provide insight and support for data architecture as functionality is rolled out in Salesforce, SharePoint, and other technologies.
Other responsibilities will include:
Data Cleansing and Integration within CRM Systems and SharePoint.
Assist in formalization of data management policies and lead key aspects of operationalizing and monitoring effectiveness.
Manage and maintain SharePoint implementation
Support sales efforts and process.
BS or BA degree required.
Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in a data oriented role; data analysis experience required.
Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience working with SharePoint required. Salesforce.com experience a plus.
Proven experience in data and artifact management including exposure to metadata, master data, etc. coupled with a passion to drive consistency and value from data assets.
Skilled in Excel with data analysis experience.
Strong technical acumen and attention to detail; understands databases and able to use SQL.
Document management and workflow design skills required.
Strong oral and written communications skills to articulate complex business requirements and business processes effectively. Prepares written business documents that are coherent, grammatically correct, and professional.
Excellent time management skills required.
Proactively initiates, develops and maintains effective working relationships with internal and external team members to achieve results. Must be able to quickly secure the trust of business stakeholders in relation to an understanding of their business.
Works well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience and influence a diverse team toward a direction or recommendation based on data and insights. Must have a shared success orientation.
Able to work long hours when necessary, attend educational events, and to meet with vendors and high-level business leaders.
