Qualified Call Center candidates will possess the following: • Respond to incoming communications by phone, fax or email in a timely manner • Return calls as required • Provide information according to project parameters • Data entry • Maintain a professional attitude at all times and provide the ultimate in customer service • Assist in other areas of projects as needed
Job Requirements Qualifications/Background profile: • Minimum of 1 year experience in high volume fast paced call centers • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills; Bilingual skills a plus • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications, primarily Word and Excel • Available to work shifts between 8AM-8PM, Monday/Friday • MUST be able to pass a drug and background check
