The Executive Director of our Dual Special Needs Plan in Colorado is a key member of that team. This product is a key part of our ability to grow in Colorado and serve the DSNP population in the state. This is the executive leader of this product in the market and this role sets team direction, resolves problems and provides guidance to members of own team. They oversee work activities of other supervisors, develops departmental plans and priorities to address business and operational challenges. Partners with market leader and CFO to complete forecasting and planning activities. Product, service or process decisions are most likely to impact multiple groups of employees and/or customers (internal or external). Effectively manages the performance including operations, financial results and growth goals.
