The Clinical Integration Network (CIN) Program Manager will actively contribute to an innovative team dedicated to establishing a new foundation for advancing clinical delivery and quality outcomes with the Clinical Integration Network. Incumbent will fulfill multiple key roles throughout the development, implementation, management, and on-going support of network program management and various practice groups' network affiliation. Incumbent will perform budget and financial reports and cost analysis reports in support of CIN operations. Incumbent will gain knowledge of affiliate onboarding workflow, and will work closely with Chief Operating Officer, Director(s) and Client Managers to translate business needs to organized and developed processes, at a high level of administrative analysis and budget analysis. Incumbent will assist in creating and maintaining program documentation and lead the main office operations functions of the network to include workflow processing and reports and analysis. Incumbent will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of meeting and network event coordination for CIN sponsored events. Incumbent will organize, manage, and execute all details for assigned events, with responsibilities for the day-to-day coordination and financial reports and budget reconciliation of Network meetings and events ranging from logistical assessment and planning, vendor contracts, pre and post event management.
Incumbent will coordinate with external and interdepartmental offices for various planning, execution and monitoring of events and meetings, and ensuring materials and supplies are readily available. Utilizing project management skills, incumbent is responsible for a wide range of project coordination and management for CIN projects and program development. Incumbent will participate in implementation plans tracking, managing, communicating progress with timelines and goals. Manage the planning and implementation of multiple projects across teams including coordination with senior leadership where necessary. Serve as liaison between CIN and communication functions with internal and external vendors. Responsible for organizing, directing and managing all aspects of project operational functions involving multiple complex of inter-related project task that require collaborating, organizing and managing teams. Assists and engages new physician groups, including professional and confident communication with executive and physician leadership, in onboarding activities and introduction of CIN processes. Provide recommendations for efficiencies, cost analysis reports and organizational project management for continued growth and advancement of CIN organization. Manages human resources functions of the network in collaboration with recruitment and talent acquisition teams. Manages and reconciles incoming network budget requests from multiple departments to ensure appropriate utilization and controls.
Bachelors' degree in healthcare administration or related field and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum four to six (4 – 6) years of experience in administrative operations and project management.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with governing boards encompassing physician leaders.
Proven leadership skills and strong communication skills.
Experience in managing multiple operations within network/office team.
Proficient in process development, leading and implementing new policies and procedures.
Experienced supervisor; to include assisting with hiring, onboarding, training and managing employees.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to establish successful relationships and communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external staff, including physicians and senior leaders is essential.
High degree of computer literacy and competence in use of Microsoft Office including the ability to build and develop PowerPoint presentations.
Highly motivated, for business decision making.
Ability to initiate and manage projects effectively, using a positive and flexible and supportive approach.
