Join this team, do rewarding work, and start doing your life's best work.(sm) Primary Responsibilities:Conducts and documents ride-alongs with marketing reps to ensure overall compliance with CMS and company-wide regulations Weekly meetings with team to update on new CMS, company-wide regulations, new products, and disseminate information One on one meetings with Marketing rep to review ride-alongs, OEV calls stats, rapid disenrollment, productivity etc. Maintains inventory and distributes to staff all necessary documentation, sales collateral, tools needed to sell Actively maintains recruitment pipeline for team Recommends, implements, and follows up on corrective action plans that any team member is currently on Develops new sites and relationships for marketing Develops and maintains relationships with providers, community leaders and faith based leaders within given community
Required Qualifications: Undergraduate degree or equivalent years of experience 3+ years selling Medicare, Medicaid or managed care products 3+ years managing or leading a team Live within a commutable distance to assigned sales territory Travel up to 50% of time within assigned sales territory Have reliable transportation to and from job sites Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Preferred Qualifications:Managed, supervised, led a sales team Experience selling Medicare Advantage Dual Eligible Special Needs Plans (D-SNPs) Bilingual Established professional relationships with business owners/ community contacts in sales territoryCareers at UnitedHealthcare Community & State.
