We are recruiting the Vice President of the Internal Audit Foundation. This position reports to the Chief Knowledge Officer of The Institute of Internal Auditors (The IIA) and the Foundation Board.
Established in 1976 (formerly known as The IIA Research Foundation), the Internal Audit Foundation is the nonprofit arm of The IIA. As a not-for-profit foundation solely supported by donations, the Foundation relies on contributions to strengthen its global awareness goals — to advance the internal audit profession, and its practitioners and students.

The Vice President is responsible for overseeing a 501(C) (3) Foundation, the operation and management of the Research and content development including the Internal Audit Foundation Governance, Strategic Relationships, Fundraising (grants and awards), oversight of the various restricted funds, Retail Operations, including project development and production, operations, data access and research and analysis.
The VP will oversee a department of 10, managing 2 subordinates, Managing Director, Content Development and Director of Development. The VP is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Additionally, the VP carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Seven to ten years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Experience with an international organization would be an asset to The IIA and its global goals.
